Welcome to ScoreKhata Live. By downloading, installing, or using the ScoreKhata Live mobile application (the "App") or accessing our scoreboard hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to lock or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity, including concurrent multi-device logins using the same credentials.

2. Permitted Use

ScoreKhata Live is built to record, manage, and share cricket match scorecards. You agree not to use the App to:

• Post or transmit any content or names that are offensive, defamatory, or violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our database servers, cloud services, or hosting systems.
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the App for unauthorized monetization.

3. Match Content and Data Ownership

All match setups, team lists, player names, and scoreboard updates entered into the App are the sole responsibility of the user. By using our cloud syncing features, you grant ScoreKhata Live a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share this match data publicly for scoreboard viewing purposes.

4. Service Availability & Disclaimers

• The App and hosting services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure maximum database uptime and synchronization performance, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or hosting service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScoreKhata Live, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or public scoreboards.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
